New Adviser?
If you are retiring or moving on, and a new adviser will be taking your place in the fall, be sure to annotate this on the renewal form. Adviser changes can be submitted during the year by completing the Adviser Change Form.
Prompt notification of the adviser change helps facilitate a smooth transition for the new adviser. To verify receipt of the form or change, please contact the Membership Department at membership@nhs.us or 800-253-7746, option 4.

Download the 2013-2014 NHS and NJHS annual renewal invoices. The renewal fee for the 2013-2014 school year remains the same at $85.

For an additional cost of $30, you can add your co-adviser to your NHS and NJHS memberships. Registered co-advisers receive full access to the Adviser Zone and other password-protected areas of the Honor Society websites, a subscription to Leadership for Student Activities magazine, the NHS and/or NJHS E-Bulletin email newsletter, and their own NHS and/or NJHS Adviser ID card.
To help distinguish our invoices from other mailings, please look for:
- The $85 invoice amount
- The official NHS and NJHS logos
- The return address in Reston, VA
In order to ensure the timely receipt of the back-to-school mailing for chapters in the fall, please renew by June 30, 2013. Please include any updated information about your chapter (new adviser, new principal, new school name or address, etc.) on the form. Renewals received after June 30 may result in delayed mailings and updates. Checks should be made payable to NASSP, the parent association of the Honor Societies.
